At KulfiWala, we respect your privacy. We only collect necessary information for order processing, delivery, and support. We do not share or sell your personal data with third parties.

Your payment information is securely handled through our payment gateway partner (Razorpay). We do not store card details on our servers.

Terms & Conditions

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of suspected fraud or system error.
  • Orders cannot be modified once confirmed.
  • All kulfi prices include applicable taxes.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We are committed to delivering your kulfis in a fresh and timely manner. Please review our shipping terms:

  • Delivery Area: We currently deliver only in select regions within Jaipur.
  • Delivery Time: Usually delivered within 60–90 minutes with live tracking.
  • Delivery Charges: May apply based on location and order size.
  • Missed Deliveries: If not available to receive, refunds may not apply.
  • Packaging: Delivered in temperature-controlled boxes.

If you face any issues with delivery, please contact us immediately with your Order ID.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the perishable nature of kulfis, we do not offer returns. Refunds may be provided only if:

  • Your order was not delivered.
  • You were charged but the order failed.

Please email us within 24 hours of the issue with your order ID and payment receipt.
